Gemma is a health scientist specialising in Work and Health. She puts her expertise into practice during educational, research and practice oriented projects aimed at organising inclusively. Her PhD-research is aimed at monitoring and guiding the development of people who are unable to participate in the current labour market independently.

Henny is a work and organisational psychologist who put his knowledge into practice during educational, research and practice oriented projects aimed at organising inclusively.

Inclusive Organisation Consultant, vocational expert and linking pin between CIAO and our partner UWV, the Dutch Employee Insurance Agency.
Johan looks for opportunities to facilitate sustainable participation in paid work for people who are currently employed, as well as the broad group of people searching for jobs. He does so by performing theoretical and practical research and starting up and strengthening collaborations.
Rosine’s primary focus is on sustainable employability. She also works as a teacher for our Inclusive Organisation training programme.
Rosine is a researcher and teacher within the department of Work and Organisational Psychology. She earned her PhD, aimed at better understanding cognitive processes behind work pressure and its effects on the well-being of the working population, in 2024. Building on her PhD research, she now focuses on researching work-related cognitive processes and their influence on wellbeing, work performance and sustainable employability of the working population.
Bram’s primary focus is on sustainable employability. He also works as a teacher for our Inclusive Organisation training programme.
Bram obtained his doctorate with a dissertation on sustainable employability of people working in health care in 2019. Besides his work as a teacher in various Psychology bachelor and master courses, he researches inclusion, life-long learning, and the existentialist perspective on work, burnout and fatigue.
Arjella works as a self-employed researcher and facilitator for vital organisations. For CIAO, she researches working inclusively within organisations. She puts her experience and expertise to use for our Inclusive Organisation training programme. She also provides interactive masterclasses aimed at working and collaborating in a sustainably effective manner.
She is chair of the Collective Labour Agreement sick leave commission in the cleaning sector.
She earned her PhD for research into self-regulation, social capital and vitality in organisations.
Fieke helps out with CIAO’s various projects. She has gained experience as a work analyst and puts her expertise into practice through model and industry descriptions aimed at a more inclusive labour market.
Nicole is a social scientist and has carried out dozens of research projects in closed-off environments. With her expertise regarding the approach of vulnerable population groups and the development of effective measuring instruments, she is an asset to CIAO. She will also use her experience with communication and political and administrative relations to help shape CIAO’s profile and future.
Margo puts her linguistic knowledge into practice to put CIAO on the map internationally.
